Ken Fowler is active in all portfolio investments as KFE's Chairman, and has a distinct focus on assisting in the negotiation and structuring of acquisitions and divestitures.

Ken's investment philosophy, which is based on flexibility, has facilitated in KFE's ability to collaborate and partner in many business opportunities, successfully grow companies, and lead several initial public offerings. Ken is dedicated to building a multi-talented team that is capable of identifying quality investment opportunities and providing the necessary leadership to assist in growth and value creation.
 
Community giving is important to Ken, and his Fowler Foundation has generously provided funding to Brock University, the Shaw Theatre and many other charities and causes.

Ken holds an honorary doctorate degree in law from Brock University and frequently speaks on Entrepreneurship, Business and Commerce.
